  • As a global nomad, Jacky has spent the past 15 years facilitating cross-cultural learning programs while primarily residing in sustainable and spiritual communities. A dedicated meditator and yoga practitioner, he strives for balance in his daily life to nurture inner peace. Jacky enjoys exploring the unknown and values an intimate understanding of the human experience.

    After the pandemic, he resumed his spiritual pilgrimage, practicing in person with Buddhist and yoga masters worldwide. A long-time student of the Buddha Dharma, Jacky took refuge in the Triple Gem through the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism and is a disciple of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, regularly practicing with the Plum Village Singapore lay sangha.

    Jacky often participates in personal silent retreats, spending several weeks each year in monasteries. A lover of nature and her purity, he finds immense joy in photographing natural beauty and indigenous cultures.   • A native of Kerala, India, with over a decade of experience, Sreejith Balakrishnan is a certified yoga instructor deeply rooted in the traditions of South India.

    His journey into yoga began under the guidance of his grandfather, Krishnan Gopalan. His passion for yogic science led him to seek out renowned masters across India, including Varanasi and Rishikesh.

    Initiated into the ancient Kriya yoga by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev of the Isha Yoga Foundation, Sreejith has a profound understanding of traditional yogic practices. He has also studied with Shirish Guptha Ji, gaining expertise in Kriya Yoga, meditation, and reflexology.

    Sreejith's holistic approach to wellness extends beyond yoga. With specialized training in Marma Reflexology therapy, he is dedicated to sharing the transformative benefits of authentic Indian yoga and traditional healing modalities.
